- In this chapter, Moses is actually leaving Israel’s camp in order to enter his final sleep on Mt. Nebo. He leaves the Israelites with a song that reflects his learnings of God’s glory (verses 1-5), God’s blessings on the people (verses 6-25), and the happiness and joy experienced by God’s people (verses 26-29).
