Do What Only You Can Do

In our The Office series we've talked about learning to love a job we may hate, and about finding a new career if we're in one that doesn't let our life speak.  But what if you're in the right job, yet know it could be better?  What if you want to create more value in your organization?  What if you want to develop and exploit your strengths, rather than utilizing (and perhaps marginally improving) your weaknesses?  What's the answer?  It's to do what only you can do, and to strengthen your strengths.  And if you want to learn more about it, don't miss Verve this weekend!

To prepare for this week's message, read Exodus 18:7-27.

And if you really want to dig into this topic, consider reading the book, Linchpin by Seth Godin.
